Freshly finshed in the shop.
A hidden drawer in the back. Waiting to find the perfect drawer pull.
Half-lapped dovetail construction of the drawer in the front - rebated in the back with the bottom (felt covered) set into a 1/4 plow in all sides.

A veneered flamed crotch mahogany top with inlaid sand-shaded fan, 5 inlaid points and a ripple sycamore border.

Legs solid mahogany. Apron is an 1/8" thick solid piece of mahogany veneered to a MDF laminated substrate.
