This shoes cabinet is named "Amadeo" because makes a reference to the nudes painting made by Amadeo Modigliani, the Italian "avant garde" painter who is the inspiration of this work.
Is make with Cherry wood and beech wood and MDF board veneered with cherry and beech veneers.
Design or Plan used: My own design - Juan Zuniga

What I did is cut the veneer overlapping both of them. I used a pattern made with a 3 mm plywood and then joint the profile with a adhesive tape. So I used hide glue and a veneer hammer to glue it, used a press with clamps and in the end use the saw table to cut the final size and angles.
Good luck and greeting from Spain.
