The cabinet holds 21 magazine boxes that are sized to hold two years of your favorite woodworking magazine.  The cabinet is maple with handcut dovetails.  The magazine boxes are 3/16" thick walnut with recessed MDF bottoms.  The magazine box sides are held together with 1/4" box joints and sit on a rabbeted & beveled  bottom.  The box fronts are made from book matched walnut.  The project was for an evening woodworking class at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado. It was supposed to go into my shop until my wife noticed how pretty it turned out!
