Another Good End to Shop Scrap

For the second year in a row, I've made Christmas presents using the scrap I had collected throughout the year.  I hate throwing usable wood in the trash bin or the burn pile.  To my surprise, after posting photos of these spoons on my FB page, several of my friends wanted to buy spoons for gifts, so I ended up selling almost $1,000 worth of the dang things.  Who would have thought!  The spoons were patterned after my wife's two favorite kitchen spoons, so that's how I advertised them, "Jackie's Favorite Spoons."

So, fellow woodworkers, save that scrap, making something neat for the family and friends and maybe put some new tool money in your pocket!
