I have few cherry wood in stock. It come from a very beloved tree, and I don’t want to see it burned in fireplace.
I wait two years before getting it at 8% humidity. A lot of pieces cracks before the end. I had to use some beech strip in the rocker in addition with wenge wood.
Finish with two layer Danish oil, then 3 layers Oil-wax, and 2 layer bees wax with carnauba wax added.
