Designed as working storage and display for a family of train enthusiasts.  The cabinets where designed to resemble train cars.  It was one of those projects that took on a life of its own and escalated.  Historic train logos are carved into the upper doors.(no, not CNC)  Wheel feet are spun routed and lathe sanded. I milled small train 'trucks' out of brass for the sliding glass doors.  Each cabinet layer is modular with the moldings lipping the one on the stack below.  Walnut with rubbed oil type finish.
