This snack set is 12 inches in diameter, turned from an 8 quarter glue up of Jatoba, the 6 inch center cutting block is Birds Eye Maple, as is the knife handle. The glass dome and knife blade are from Craft Supplies USA. The finish on the tray and knife handle is several coats of gloss polyurethane, the finish on the cutting block is Salad Oli finish.
