Greene and Greene Hutch
I fell in love with Greene and Greene furniture when I came across Darrel Pearts article. Ever sense then I’ve been fascinated by the details of the precise work needed to execute the designs. I made the case parts out of a a single wide mahogany board. Creating the finger joints, round over and ebony plugs were a labor of love. The top features breadboard construction and torsion hinges.
I used Arm-r-Seal and General Finishes Dye.
