This is a shaker inspired table I built for friends. The table is made of cherry and has wenge beading around the bottom of the skirts. The drawer is cut directly from the skirt and the grain appears continious across the drawer front. It’s finished with minwax tung oil and several coats of wipe on polyurethane. The table was then buffed with steel wool to give it a satin look and finished with paste wax.
