The top for this cutting board table is made from a maple counter which was cut into short lengths and glued together to make a 24in X 18in net size . Two threaded rods extend through the length of the top as insurance. The legs were turned from poplar and painted. The shelf is made of maple. Mineral oil is used to maintain the top.
