Madera,
I don't have any names for you, but there are some Large Kilns along the river (Rt. 17) west of Binghampton about 15-20 mins. on the PA. side I believe.

The place BG is referring to is Southern Tier Hardwoods in Apalachin. Their place is between the Apalachin and first Owego exit, on Route 434. Web site is http://www.southerntierhardwoods.com/ . Don't try the large kiln operation next door, as it is wholesale only, and a different company. I have no connection with them, have bought there once, were good folks to deal with.
But I would think you have to have some small mill operations very near you, if you head towards Roscoe, or cross into PA. Ask around - most of us from around here (I live in Tioga County) know the smaller local mills and can pick up stuff there - if not from our own land.
