Should I be taking any particular finish precautions if I use wood and stainless steel together for a chair? Would the extended contact risk corrosion or mold? Thanks for the feedback.

Stainless steel screws are used for outside decking so there are no corrosion issues.
I wouldn't take any special precautions other than to keep the finish off of the stainless steel.
