Are you sure this is a brand of chisel? Wolfram is the German name for tungsten. I’ve seen it applied to some Bracht chisels on one Craigslist offer, perhaps that’s what you are seeing. You will find sellers of new Bracht chisels if you google for that. I don’t have personal knowledge of their quality, so I won’t comment.
