I’d like to watch the videos on the site, but they won’t play. Can someone suggest how this can be done? Do I have to down losd a special program or what? Any help is gratly appreciated.

You need the macromedia flash player. Free - find it with Google.
But if you're not on broadband, you may find the videos unwatchable in that they keep stopping and starting. Every other site I see with videos, lets your PC 'cache' them - ie you can wait or put on pause till the whole thing is downloaded. For reasons I cannot fathom FWW doesn't do this.
