Im starting to get tear out when cross-cutting with my radial arm. The tear out occurs on the bottom of the cut. What do I need to do to stop this?

Several possibilities may help , one it is possible your blade is not sharp enough or maybe even dull , the other thing if the cut is smooth but creates tear out try placing a sacrificial piece of material under the parts you are cutting even a piece of 1/4" scrap anything .
hope this helps dusty
Replace the sacrificial table surface.
