Hi All, I just bought a nice user #45 plow plane and must say I wish I bought one years ago.my question is will the blades for a stanley
#12-030, or #12-052, or #12-250 work in my #45. These cutters are still available from stanley. I have several blades for the #45 but need some cove cutting profiles for a project i have coming up.
thanks wood shaver.

LOL! I bought one years ago and wish I hadn't!
Well, not really. I did need it at the time, but have rarely used it since.
Don't know if those current blades will fit, but if not, it shouldn't be too hard to make 'em, since the hardest part is grinding the profile, and you're gonna do that anyway.
