size of bolts for delta 12 1/2″ to its stand

I got this second planer (first one at Momshouse for renos) years ago and found the proper stand for it. I moved last year and somehow misplaced the bolts.
I just improvised by using two screwdrivers in the matching holes but this is patently unsafe.
Does anyone know what size and length of bolts I need to bolt these two thing together.
BTW it is thew older version with the two rubber strap handles

Whatever fits in the hole in the stand, and doesn't fall through the holes in the base? Unless I'm not understanding your question, I don't think its requires a precision fit.
