I hate to manhandle sheet goods onto my Unisaw so I reduce them in size on sawhorses with a circular saw. But – I always have to “chase the sawhorses across the floor” while the bottom of the sheet goes the opposite direction. No longer!
I read of these ’tilt boards’ some time ago and decided to knock some together yesterday. “Too soon old; too late smart!” They work great!
2 pieces of 1 x 4 attached to the sawhorse (or cutting table) by Tee hinges; angle irons at the bottom to serve as a ‘foot’ for the sheet. Two fingers tips the sheet into place.

Simple and clever storage device. How does this help you avoid manhandling the sheets though? You still have to handle them up onto saw horses and cut them down, right?
Maybe I'm simply over looking something (which happens often :))

Sorry. I had another post with the following suggestion but used the wrong photos. The tilt boards (as I call them) are simply a couple of 1 x 4s fastened to sawhorses, or a 'cutting table', with Tee hinges. An angle iron at the foot supports the sheet as it is tipped down. I can tip a sheet of 3/4 MDF with one finger. As to man-handle - Yes, I have to drag it from the rack to the horses, but I only have to lift it onto the angle irons.Frosty"I sometimes think we consider the good fortune of the early bird and overlook the bad fortune of the early worm." Ah, clever. Seems like a real simple solution to a common issue.

Nifty solution to a real problem. I may just "borrow" your idea for a few years while I "evaluate" it. - lol
My solution is a little less elegant but fairly effective. I set up my saw horses and cutting "table" in the driveway then back in the pickup. This lets me slide my sheets of ply out of the bed and onto the sawhorses.
