I have wooden outdoor furniture that has “weathered” to a nice gray patina. I need to seal it to protect the wood from further sun, wind, rain etc. here in Florida. What suggestions are out there as to what substance to use to protect the wood. I know nothinbg is going to last forever, but need input as to the”best” to use. The wood has never been stained or painted. Thanx to all.

Any clear finish that would have any impact will darken the grey substantially and destroy the charm. Any wood finish needs annual--probably semi-annual maintenance in full Florida sun. You would at some point have to strip off the finish and redo the furniture, also impacting the silvery weathered look.
If you want to extend the life without harming the attractiveness, have some Sunbrella covers made that can be removed for use. You would probably reduce sun exposure dramatically by doing such a thing.
The other alternative is to use a solid color stain. It will also need periodic maintenance, but not quite so frequently as clear finishes. Personally I don't really like this look.
Most likely I would do nothing. What the years of sun will do is slowly erode the surface. After something like 50 years it might be so much thinner that joints become weaker and you consider replacing it. Rain and (non-hurricane) wind won't have too much impact.
