I purchased a Bosch 3.25 HP Electronic Plunge Router
Model 1619EVS. I want to know if there is a router lift available for it I want to put it in a router table. ? The woodpecker plunge kit is it the best one as well as the only one out there, or are other companies out there.

There are several lift mechanisms available including woodpecker, Jessem, and Bench Dog. There are also a lot of articles and posts comparing them. A little searching should turn up a lot of material.
But, read the article in FWW issue #189 on routers for router tables. You can buy a router designed for use in a router table for less money than one of the lift mechanisms, without the router. Think it through. I am studying the same issues, and I am probably going to buy a router capable of top adjustment and bit changing, rather than a lift mechanism.
