   If you google on muntin, mullion, joinery, glazing as terms, it might also help. (correct spelling in this search term)

   Good luck on that-it is great fun if you are that way inclined.I think it is essential to set it out full scale so you don't have to measure angles . Job for sharp chisels and one can cheat with a disc sander....
