Just visited the Woodpeckers site to check out offset router wrenches. Saw two notable additions to their measuring and set-up offerings. One is a machined 12″ bevel rule with laser engraved markings with 1/8″ fractional graduations. I got my first bevelled rule at an office supply store recently and have been amazed at how much more accurate it is to use. Only thing missing on the Woodpeckers rule, IMHO, is a metric scale.
The other item I liked is their 1-3/4″ stainless steel gauge block (45*/90*). Not unique, I’m sure, but something I coulda used the other day, checking very small 90* recesses. Boxmaker’s delight for small drawers I’d think.

Thanks for the link, FG; I wasn't familiar with that vendor.
Perhaps we should start a thread in which we can all contribute links to woodworking websites we've been bookmarking over the years. It would be nice to have one repository - I've been meaning to compile them in a categorized spereadsheet I can share with folks at school.
We have June Gloom here in San Diego. How's the weather treating you up in WA?

Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.
Yep, pretty much June Gloom for us too. Thunderstorms, of all things! Sun breaks, temps in the mid-60's. Actually not bad weather for the Great Northwest. We had a couple of hot spells last month.
I think way long ago there was a discussion listing various web sources. If we head that way, I'd be tempted to start out with a list and ask people for pros and cons about companies on the list, and additions they'd suggest. Ignoring big tool makers for the time being, companies that I know of for starters are:
Some are general, some are specialty, and as said it's just a start. If you want to start a thread and use some or all of the above, be my guest. I can provide links for all of them, and info on what they focus on.forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)Another proud member of the "I Rocked With ToolDoc Club" .... :>)
Forest! You shop ALOT! LOL
Thanks, FG.
I'll go through my "favorites" and add yours; then I'll start a thread.-Jazzdogg-

I have that little block and it comes in very handy. I use it for a quick ref of my blade on the ts. I also put it on the inside corner of box sides when clamped. It's small and fits nicely.
