Long wait for Delta planer parts

I’ve been waiting for parts for my delta planer since the first week of February. Wondering if any one else is or has experienced the same aggrevation as me.

I ordered a set of roller bearings for a Delta radial arm saw online in December, 2011 and finally gave up on them in February after a 14 month wait. They were back ordered from the manufacturer the whole time with no delivery date ever given. From several conversations with the distributer I gathered that this was a widespread problem with Delta parts.
