Hello All ! Some of you may recall back in October of 2007, I was having trouble with the old guy, I was renting my shop. We had a fight and he punched me in the face, and them bunter me in the head with his fore-head. And after that he wanted me out. Well it turned out that he didn’t own the place, his wife does and she wanted me to stay, Oh he tried everything to get me to leave. But I signed a lease with his wife. Well to make a long story short, I am still in the shop and he has not bothered me for a while.

That sounds like a pretty abusive relationship.
Good luck. And be careful--people who do the kinds of things that this guy is doing are unpredictable.

Watch your 6 man. I would be real leary of being on his bad side and her good side. Even if it is just professional he might not be man enough to realize it. I would get out and quick or set up some kind of rent to purchase agreement and buy the place off her as soon as possible.
Skate him out to center ice, drop the gloves, pull the sweater over his head, and let him have it......
Oh, sorry......
Fighting solves nothing, so I'm glad to hear that all is ok.

Excuse me for butting in (yeah, I know-bad pun) but, how old is the "old guy"? I notice in the OPs profile he is 77+. Would this be considered elder abuse?
Sparky, what are you guys duking it out for? Fighting over the girl? I didn't find your October post....The unspoken word is capital. Check it out... The OP says the other guy is an old man! They're fighting over some rented shop space. The OP has a lease with the guys wife, who owns the space. He wants him out, she doesn't and he has no other place to go...
Hello Oldbeachbum ! No I am the one who is 77 he is 84 or 85
Jack
hmmm.... a 77 y.o. versus an 84 y.o....
sparky, why are you beating up an old man? c'mon, he's obviously not taking his medication.Expert since 10 am.
Now listen here young man! ;0) You should play nice.
But, if he won't then you should pick up your toys, er, tools and go somewhere else. Better for all of you. Safer for all concerned.
Good luck and let us know.

I guess you know what you are doing. After an assault like that, I wouldn't put anything past this guy, he may decide to take you out permanently. Please be careful.
"he may decide to take you out"Since gay marriage is legal here the outcome might be different.

Good for you!
Hanging tough - and going to the cops (excuse me, Mounties) got the job done.

I saw a window sign that you may consider posting. It went something like this... "Trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again". It's an unfortunate situation, trust your intuition.Good luck
