I use a homemade one quite often. It's very helpful with cuts that would have to be run up on edge with an ordinary router table. Cuts like the bead you can see on the left are much easier to control. I have a stock feeder mounted in the picture. Router tables are fairly easy to make. I've never used a manufactured router table, so I can't comment on brands.
Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
I used this one before I got A Woodrat mostly for mortising.
Wood Rat, I've heard that once before. Can you tell me a little bit more about it, I use the Keller and the Leigh dovetail
Look here for Woodrat video.
Does the height adjustment work on a pivot for that?Looks pretty clever.Tom Iovino

The board pivots on 1 bolt while 2 other bolts pass thru radii slots. This is not an original idea, but copied from a book or mag from the '80s. Works well but I hardly use it after I got a Woodrat.
Old post but.. See mine I posted AWHILE back.. I do not use it every day but it works better than just OK!

By the way.. Not hard to make.. Just need everything square and quality slides!
And it shows my so called junk Ryobi routers ( I have several ) I use all the time. Far from junk. Many out there may be better but not at the cost. Only negative I have about them is the plunge could be more accurate. But a $99.00 US, Could be ALOT worser'!
