finally. I belive I’m going to wait untill I go to my cousin’s house to work on his construction company to get the tools. But I have a question. these wont be antiques, so sould I rejuvinate them into pristine condition, if so how. or should I leave them rusty and weathered looking?

Why not clean up what needs it and sharpen anything that's dull .

The care and attention you give your tools is a direct reflection on you :-) If people see that you care for and appreciate you possessions, you will be respected and admired. Be a slob and guess what:-(
Start out cleaning with the least aggressive method possible, brass wire brush and get more aggressive as needed, 320 paper, 220 paper etc. etc. and work you way up to the 320 or till your happy with the results, I've polished up to 1200 paper, end up with paste wax. Paint where desired.
Work Safe, Count to 10 when your done for the day !!

The answer depends entirely on the tools. I recently sold a Stanley #1 plane found in a coworker's Grandfather's toolbox. It went for almost $1300.00 and it wasn't even in perfect shape. If it had been cleaned up, it would have been worth hundreds less.
