Hi folks,
The forum switch is now scheduled for Monday, November 30.
So, if you go to Knots on Monday and can’t find the forum, it means that the switch is underway.
This date is somewhat tentative because we’re waiting on two successful data imports. If they don’t go well, we’ll have to push the launch date back a bit.
But, the day of the shift should go like this… forums will shut down for a period of time (5-6 hrs?) as we’ll get one last import of data. Then the forums will re open in the new format.
I’ll keep you posted if things change.

Thanks Gina,
You are courageous! Just think how long the IRS and the FAA have been working on computer upgrades. And with no positive results as of this date.
Keep try - I'll stick with you.

When other people are performing upgrades I stand back, keep out of their way, and grin. When I am performing upgrades I'm there in the thick of it and I snarl. Espcially on Sunday night at about 8pm!
Oh gawd isn't that the truth!

The last transition to prospero changed everyone's initial log on to that date. So instead of listing myself of having endured this website since about 1994, it lied and said that I had started here at whatever date that transition occurred. Original log in date of forum members should not confused with the date of software inauguration. That would be like my wife telling everyone she was 30 years old because we got married 30 years ago.
Thank you for letting us know.
Good luck,
Bill
Gina, you rock!

Cool. Thanks, Gina. And, good fortune to the tech folks.
Hi Folks,
Got an update, looks like this won't happen today. I'll post details once I get into the office and learn more.
Thanks, Gina
