I am designing a TV cab with paired doors inset hung, that is, flush to the cabinet face. I have yet to look at specs for the type of door hardware I need, the kind that permits doors to slide back along the sides of the cab when opened. I have sketched it out as a 1/8″ margin between door edge and inside cab face. What should I be thinking here, and what kind of hardware works well?

Take a look at Accuride Flipper door slide from the catalogue it looks asthough it might work .But the illustrations show Euro over lay doors. A lot of Euro hardware can be used in face frames.Models I'm looking at are Nos 117 &1432 (for large doors)Check H-D

Gene,
1/8 th should work. However verify this with the instructions provided with the hardware, and don't buy the lite-duty stuff or you will regret it.
