Did your horizontal postioning gauge have to be adjusted? My pencil marks were about a 1/16″ off I had to move the gauge all the way to the right, just wondering if other people had the same problem.

I had exactly the same problem. While we are on the subject, have you thoroughly checked your Domino for being square and true? There was a post on the Festool Owner's Group about this. So far I haven't done that.
Thus far I've edge-jointed a hard maple table top and some frame and panel. Had some problems with "registering" off the wrong surface. All in all typical learning-curve mistakes!
