the dewalt 746 table saw, can I put any rail and fence system on this saw? and if so will it fit on dewalts rail? any recommendations?

I haven't used one for awhile, but I believe that the fence made for the DeWalt saw was quite good, putting a Biesemeyer or other type of fence on would hardly be an upgrade.
In any case, the aftermarket fences are designed to be attached to almost any saw but it will probably require some drilling and filing to get the holes and notches in the fence rail to line up with the holes in you saw's table's edges. If you've got the sliding table on your saw that may make things more complicated.
Your best source for exact information on retrofitting to the DeWalt would be to go to the fence manufacturers directly.
