How does one resurface the wet stone wheel on a Delta Sharpening Center (23-710)? Don

I've used wet/dry sandpaper
I've used wet/dry sandpaper affixed to a known-flat surface to dress the similar wheel of my Makita, rotating the wheel while pushing it to/fro to avoid pressure differentials.
