HI again,
I’ve got a big bookcase and ent. center to build. My client is in love with cherry and I’m loving it. I’m looking for a supplier of flutted mouldings in cherry. Anyone know a sorce? I’m trying to knock down the shop time.
Thanks

I don't know what quality you are looking for, or what budget you have to work with. But for something special, check out http://www.enkeboll.com they have flutted columns.

Be prepared to take out a mortage with that order...
The L-N beading tool is faster than you might think, and with an excuse for a new tool, how can you resist? I cut cockbeads with it often, and it is quite fast. Faster than setting up an electric tool to do it. To scrape an ebony bead is about 1 minute or less per length, I think, although I have never timed it. Few quick strokes is all it takes. Just a thought.
