Hello, I am looking for a reasonable yet reliable blanket delivery service. I am shipping quite a few items from Michigan to California, including a dining table, chairs, bench, etc… I appreciate any good leads you can give me.
Thanks so much, Kurt.

What's a "blanket delivery service"? Furniture wrapped in loading blankets, but not crated?
Okay, See what you can do with this one: "Padded Delivery Service".
Thanks again for all of your valuable information.
Kurt
Yes, It is wrapped in blankets instead of crating. I am trying to save the time of crating all of it. It's actually called padded freight or blanket wrapped freight. I am simply looking for anybody out there who ships their furniture this way and knows of a reliable source. Thanks much, Kurt
You got a dumb response from me because I have nothing whatsoever to contribute. I have never shipped anything wrapped in blankets, and in fact, did not even know it was possible to do so.
I would think several calls to truckers who serve your area will give you the info you need in a jiffy. I would guess that one is not particularly any more, or less, reliable than another.
If you can't get a specific recommendation on a carrier, then you pretty much have to shoot craps, and make your decision based on cost and their insurance/claims policy., plus whatever convenience factors might be involved (pick-up/ delivery, etc.).
Good luck.
While you're at it, please have 'em deliver a blanket to me if they come as far as San Diego - although I doubt I'll have need for it until December.
Sorry. Couldn't resist.

Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.
Do the folks who run "diaper delivery services" also handle blankets?
You might check with your local household moving companies, if one of them has a load going where you need to get your furniture, they could just add it in.
