I’m having problems with a job making laminated beams. I glued up 5 pieces of ¼” teak on a 60” radius template in a vacuum press using titebond 3 glue for 5 hrs. They spring back changing the radius to about 62”.
I tried a test using 7 pcs. of 3/16” teak, and it still doesn’t hold the radius.
Has anyone had some experience with this problem?
Thanks

Springback is the most common problem with laminations. Sounds like your laminations are too thick.
