I just received as a present two Bailey planes.
The name Bailey in front of the front knob No, 4 and No. 5 onthe back of the handle.
No name on the adjusting knob.
Any info would be appreciated, thanks,
C.

C, lookem up here http://www.supertool.com/index.htm you should be able to see when and what type they are by the shape of the frog seat or other factors. Paddy
That ! is what I was looking for !Thanks Paddy
C, let us know what ya got if you can figure them out. I have been cleaning up oldies for 25 years. If you get a replacement size carbon or A1 iron and up grade the chip breaker cap iron they make good tools. Paddy
