Should I drill for the cup hinges before or after the finish on Cherry Cabinet doors? Thanks in advance!

35mm hinges
I drill first and then final sand for finishing. Sometimes I even hang the doors and do the adjusting, just number the cup hole and back of the hinge when you remove the hardware to finish.
In the past when we forgot to drill before finishing the doors showed minor scratching from the drill press table, fence and just being handled.

35mm Hinges
I do the same, drill first, final sand, dry fit and then take it all apart and finish.
