Sawhorse Folds Up When You Lift It
This folding sawhorse is simplicity itself. Just pick it up and it folds. I make these out of milled 2x4s and nylon rope. The legs are canted 100°, and their bottoms are beveled so they sit flat on the floor to prevent cords from hanging up on them. Leave the top boards square to create a channel above the hinge. This may save your sawblade someday. I have been using a pair of these almost every day for 30 years.
