I bought a 10 inch version of this saw a few years ago. I haven't used it much. When I went to make a couple of window frames, requiring precision cuts, I found the saw performed VERY poorly. After making a few adjustments, I got it to cut square one direction but would still cut a bevel even after trying to adjust it about 10 times. That's when I discovered the blade had over a 1/16 inch of play. That is, the spindle moves in and out 1/16 inch. I will never get this saw to perform well enough to do ant type molding work. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with this saw and will never purchase another delta product. Had I noticed this problem when saw was new, I would have returned it immediately. When I buy a replacement, I will be sure to check for play in the blade and make some precision cuts to check for accuracy. Hope this will help others.
