State of the Art Mobile Woodshop.
Housed in a ‘top of the line’ 32′ Tandem Wheeled Horton Hauler Gooseneck Trailer.
The exterior of this unit has full length retractable/roll up awnings on each side with ample electrical outlets providing over 500 sq. ft. of covered work area.
The interior is air conditioned and has vented generator doors on either side of the gooseneck and a wheel well with spare tire. There is a 42″ side door with window/w/screen on the right side, a sliding window/w/screen on the opposite side and a full width rear ramp/door.
There is a 50 Amp 220 volt service panel providing power to a 220 volt JDS cyclone vacuum system with dust gates for each piece of equipment and 32 -110 volt outlets located at bench top height along full length of both interior sidewalls.
There are equipment restraints along the walls and hook eyes in the floor, and 2 full length rows of double bulb 48″ florescent ceiling lights.
The woodworking equipment mounted in this well designed floor plan consists of 3 complete router tables which may be set up for constructing cabinet doors or 1 ¾”exterior entry doors or 1 3/8″ interior full sized doors, each with it’s own dedicated router and Freud bit sets for cutting rails, styles, raised panels and a 4th router and table for anything else one can imagine. There are too many bits and bit sets to list with 2 wall mounted cabinets to store them. There is a bench mounted Porter Cable 12 ½ ” Dovetail jig with 2 dedicated routers, one with a dovetail bit and one with a straight bit so there’s no need to change bits while working. That’s a total of 6 routers.
Other machinery consists of a Delta 16″ drill press, a Steel City 14″ band saw, a Hitachi 12″ model c12lsh digital/laser compound miter saw, a Delta 6″ Jointer, and a Bosch 4000 collapsible/wheeled 10″ table saw.
