Seems to me that person will not take responsibility for his own life or whatever he does. I was always under the impression, adults are set apart, in my mind, by the fact that we take responsibility for our own actions. If you are dumb enough to cut your hand, maybe it is time for Darwin to step in and assist us with people like that.
A friend chopped all his fingers level with his little finger on a spindle moulder. He would not think off doing anything because HE made the mistake.
It feels like I can grab the person and shake him, get some balls man.
