This just one of several "free" downloads that I've attempted to access on your web site, and instead get sent on an endless runaround with no real plan appearing. You had one about a free book on hand planes that was the same deal. Are you trying to tick off your loyal customers? What's the deal?

I've been trying for over an hour to actually find the "Dream Shop Planner" and keep getting shunted over to a page that allows no access to such a thing. There is an invitation to begin planning your shop, but when I click on it, nothing happens. What's up with this?

Can't find a working link to download this. Have been fiddling with your "download now" link for half an hour and nothing works. What gives?
