Pragmatic re-use of found or reclaimed materials is my favorite form of woodworking, but I am interested in wood as a material in all of its possibilities. I'm a builder at heart and love to take a stack of material and turn it into something beautifully useful.

My background is in boatbuilding, but I've had the pleasure of working in a variety of shops doing furniture and cabinet-making, box building, timber-framing and wood carving.
