You can't buy a $150 tool and get pissed off because it doesn't have the features of a $3000 tool. This guy took the cheap way out and paid the price. If Ryobi put the functionality into their saw and charged $3000, he would have probably bought another cheap saw instead.

He should have been fined for wasting the courts time and money instead of getting rewarded for stupidity.
