I have had M / S since 2001. Thats when I started wood working. I became disabled and figuered woodworking would keep mt eye and hand cordination in sync, and my brain functioning. It has done that and more. I now make stuff to supplement my income. As you can tell I am quite versital. I have more time to practice and perfect my skills than most, but find it peaceful,gratifying, and challengeing. I do enjoy it, and only wish I found the time before I became disabled. I work out of a shop 16 foot by 14 foot, with 4 x 4`s in the corners wrapped all around in plastic. I have to re wrap my shop after a severe storm, or in the summer about every two months the sun bakes that plastic. I finish all my projects in my living room- the shop is too dusty, and i would have to stop working if I did finish in the shop. If any of you wood workers would like to help me build a shop, I will take donations ?

I pulled this Oak from a barn that was built 85 years ago. I counted the growth rings and counted up to 115 year old Oak tree when cut down 85 years ago !!! All mortised and tennon joinery

I have been working in a 10 x 14 foot plastic enclosed shop for over a year. Well I just built a very nice 20 x 40 foot shop with the electrical outlets dedicated. This is perfect timming as now I must start on my benches , tables, cabinets , etc.... This book would be helpfull !!!!!
