Re: Child's cremation casket.

I too made a grandchild's cremation casket. Time dulls the pain but it never goes away. I can't post the casket but yours is far superior to mine.

Re: Hallway Table

This is a great project using a unique wood. The challenges of working with spalted wood makes a successful project very rewarding. It seems that the spalting of sycamore darkens the wood to some degree. Did you find this to be true? Nice table.

Re: Showcase Cabinet

I like the proportions of your display case. The design is simple, yet elegant. Did you use curved glass panels on the front?

Re: Stand Up Writing Desk

John: this is a very appealing design and I commend you on it's simple functionality. Would you share the approximate dimensions? Thanks for posting your work.

Re: Hickory Entry Benches

Thnks for the kind words KRASSEL.

I make it a rule to scan the firewood pile before bucking it up. It would be a pleasure to have you look over my stash of crazy wood. With my own supply of lumber, I specialize in domestic woods. The only exception is a small supply of ebony which I use for pulls, etc.

I was born in WA, near Spokane and get out there about twice a year.
