I like the show also, but I wish the "Road Trips" were a little longer with a little bit more detail.

He should have only been allowed to sue his employer for not training him, if he was trained properly and did not follow his training, he should just suck it up.

Several years ago I cut myself on a portable table saw. It was my fault and I did not sue the manufacturer or anyone else. It was a stupid mistake that I plan not to make again. Even if you were given no training on how to safely operate a table saw, who would not be fearful of using one? Careless or whatever doesn't matter, you can't fix stupid with laws. By allowing people to sue over a careless mistake or improper training has made everybody's insurance go up. The lawyers are happy. This guy sued the wrong people. Even if it just adds $100 to a job site saw, that could add 50% or more to the cost of a saw. The saw manufacturer was not at fault and the lawsuit against them should be thrown out.

All of the items would be great for anybody's wish list. I would put the Leigh dovetail jig at the top of mine.
