used left over parallam beam ends and poplar. top is hypertufa concrete.

not the standard trestle table, but the arched horizontals fit the definition.
posted: 10:17 pm on May 1stthe top is one inch thick. steel would "window pane" through. concrete this small and thin could be poured with mortar, cement and sand. i used sand, cement and peat moss..which replaces gravel. looks more like stone than concrete. rich mix and plasticizer to reduce water and its tough stuff.

i find that after noodling on it for way too long,lots of sketchs..i just get started and my hands tell what to do. beautiful piece.
