Sylvain; it seems there are a lot of us for whom retiring to a workbench is the right plan. Like a couple of the commentators above I too am perched on the brink of retiring and a new workbench is high on the list (my wife has a kayak there). Live a long and productive retirement with your beautiful bench.

Add about 16 overhead double 24" florescent fixtures and you'll have much less trouble seeing and can get rid of the dedicated lighting over specific areas.
