Re: Hummingbirds Folding screen

It's a bit hard for me to explain my technics in English, I usually speak french so I will do my best. For cutting my pieces of veneer I use an X-acto, all pieces are cutting one at the time. I use Cherry, movingui, walnut, wenge, vinaigrier, English curly sycamor, dye ash (green and black)and holly. The background is in maple. It took me almost 3 weeks to complete the task completely. I.m working alone in my shop so I use to take my time to do my art carefuly with plenty of time. I apply 6 coats of Wipe-on-poly on it. Thanks!

Re: Jewelry "Books"

Wow! Very impressive work!

Re: Workbench with marquetry

Now the top doesn't looks like that anymore...Lot of scratch and glue spots. I use it with lot of satisfaction, this workbench is the best tool in my workshop...The tickness of the top is 2 1/4inch, so I will be able to sand it as often as I want. Thanks!!!!
