Re: Tenon jig for the miter gauge

not knocking the design cuz I haven't tried it, but whats the advantage of this over a "on-the-fence" style tennoning jig. From what I've seen, they look much simpler to construct. Again, just curious, not critical.

Re: Shop Talk Live 30: Super-Smooth Handplane Tips

Matt Kenney is looking a lot like Mike these days according to the picture up above. Or maybe there is a slack job being done by whoever the Senior web producer is....

On a side note, another fine episode guys, and I really learned a lot about the differences and uses of different plane angles.

Re: Shop Talk Live 29: Secrets for Sharp Blades and Perfect Plane Irons

My all time favorite tracks are "Life of a Benchdog" and "Purple Haze (on my plane iron)". Thanks again for the help. The table is finished and my son loves it. He wants to eat every meal at it.

Thanks for answering my question today guys! The "faux" tenon is a great idea! I guess thats why they pay you the big bucks. On a side note... faux tenon sounds like an awesome band name.
